This stunning villa offers 3 bedrooms, ideal for couples or small families looking for their dream escape from the world.  Only a few minutes drive to Kamala beach, restaurants and shops, decked out with facilities to will please even the most discerning traveller, the impressive outdoor space and expertly decorated indoor area, engage all your senses. Relax on the feather soft bedding, or cool off in the gorgeous swimming pool. Heaven is yours.

With 3 levels the main entrance is on the second floor, flanked by an infinity swimming pool and amazing sea view the living room opens its windows to be seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area. A large retractable awning allows time in the water without being in the sun.  There are ocean views from the pool and living area as well as being private to unwelcome eyes. The top floor is a large split level entertainment area with large double day beds or a 2 person hammock. The top level is also complete with a built in BBQ, beach and sink nearby to the 6 person outdoor setting. There are 3 large equal size bedrooms each with en-suite and rain shower. There is 1 bedroom on the second level as well as 2 more on the level 1, all with their own balcony.

The Villa is completely secure with perimeter walls, a sliding remote control gate to access private parking and spaces for 2 more cars outside if necessary. On the ground floor there is a large garden with entrance to 2 of the bedrooms.

Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Please note, we require advance payment of 300 baht per night for Electric usage on your arrival date. We will check the meter reading on check out and refund the unused amount if any.

Daily cleaning is not included, price is THB1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

Late check in is available free of charge on request!
